Refund is possible only if you haven't downloaded the database a single time. Refund for database which has been downloaded even one time is not possible.

Before contacting SEMIsland you will need:
Your billing information (name, transaction ID, etc)
Your mailing address, login and
A brief comment on why you would like to be refunded.

Your request will typically be processed within 10 days of receipt of this claim. The refund for the net price of your claim will be processed through the same method as the original payment.
